The Education Technology group will be releasing an updated version of the Division Resource Request form later today on the resource center. It will be located in the same area as the current version. Below is a summary of the improvements that this version will offer.
- We have reconfigured the form so users will not have to scroll “forever” down the page in order to complete the form. Now the form will have pages to keep scrolling to a minimum and give a cleaner look to the form fields.
- There will be a status bar on the page to show you how far along in the application that you are and how much more to go before you have completed the form
- The confirmation email notifications have been updated to give more detailed information to those who are requesting resources from the Division. In some cases, extra directions, helpful hints, and links to tutorial videos have been included in the confirmation emails to provide more support and guidance to the requesting person.
- The new fee structure has been added to the facility/classroom/dorm room request form. Now, those from outside of the Department of Safety, will be shown the exact cost of the facilities that they are requesting and updated admin email notifications are directed to the appropriate people at the Academy who will need to initiate the billing and reservation aspects of the requests.
